సండే స్పెషల్ టఇఫ్ఫెన్

పూరీలు అంటే అందరికి తెలిసిందే. కాని ఇదే పూరీలను ఎన్నో రకాలుగా చేసుకోవచ్చు. అందులో చాలా సులువైనది, పిల్లలు, పెద్దలు అందరూ ఇష్టపడే మసాలాపూరీలు ఎలా చేయాలో చూద్దాం. ఇవి చాలా తక్కువ సమయంలో తయారుచేసుకోవచ్చు.

కావలసిన వస్తువులు :
గోధుమ పిండి – 2 కప్పులు / 200 gms
సెనగ పిండి – 1 కప్పు /100 gms
కరివేపాకు – 3 రెబ్బలు
పసుపు – 1/4 tsp
కారం పొడి – 1 tsp
గరం మసాలా పొడి – 1 tsp
ఉప్పు – తగినంత
అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్ – 1 tbsp
నూనె – వేయించడానికి
గోధుమపిండి, సెనగపిండి, పసుపు, కారం, గరం మసాలా, ఉప్పు, కొద్దిగా నీళ్లు కలిపిన అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్, సన్నగా తరిగిన కరివేపాకు వేసి బాగా కలియబెట్టి, కొద్దికొద్దిగా నీళ్లు కలుపుతూ పూరీపిండిలా తడిపి పెట్టుకోవాలి. పిండి మరీ గట్టిగా కాని, మరీ పలుచగా కాని ఉండకూడదు. మధ్యస్థంగా , మృదువుగా ఉండాలి. ఈ పిండిపై చెంచాడు నూనె వేసి మూతపెట్టి ఉంచాలి. అరగంట తర్వాత పిండిని మళ్లీ మర్దనా చేసి మృదువుగా అయ్యాక చిన్న చిన్న ఉండలు చేసుకోవాలి. తర్వాత ఈ ఉంఢలను పలుచగా పూరీల్లా వత్తుకొని వేడి నూనెలో రెండువైపులా ఎర్రగా కాల్చుకోవాలి. ఇవి కరకరలాడుతూ రుచిగా ఉంటాయి. నాలుగు రోజులు నిలవ కూడా ఉంటాయి. పూరీలు కాస్త లావుగా వత్తుకుంటే మెత్తగా వస్తాయి. పలుచగా వత్తుకుంటే కరకరలాడుతూ ఉంటాయి. మీకు ఇష్టమైన రీతిలో చేసుకోవచ్చు. సాదా పూరీలకంటే అప్పుడప్పుడు ఇలా చేసుకుంటే బావుంటుంది కదా..

DELETE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY

Do you wish to completely delete your facebook account?
If the answer is yes, then you can do it for only one step.
But wait, why do you want to delete your account permanently?

Instead of completely delete your account, you can deactivate it so that next time if you change your mind and decide to use facebook again, you can activate it again.

But if you have multiple account, or you want to completely delete your facebook account, you can do the following:

1. First Log in to the account that you want to delete:

Permanently Delete My Facebook Account

Then you will be prompted with the massage as shown in the following screenshot:

By clicking DELETE MY ACCOUNT button, and follow the next few instructions, you will completely be removed from facebook.

The choice is yours.
