ప్రతి దినం ఉదయం పరగడుపునే ఒక టేబుల్ స్పూన్ చొప్పున దీనిని క్రమం తప్పకుండా సేవిస్తే, గుండె రక్తనాళాల యొక్క అడ్డంకులు తొలగి పోయి Angiography గానీ Bypass గానీ అవసరం లేకుండా రక్తనాళాలు తెరచుకుంటాయి.

1. క్రింది లింకునుండి ICO (Windows Icon) Format అనే Photoshop Plugin ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేయండి.

2. డౌన్లోడ్ చేసిన జిప్ ఫైల్ ను ఎక్స్ట్రాక్ట్ చేసి, ఆ ఫోల్డర్ లో ICOFormat.8bi అనే పేరుతో ఉన్న ఫైల్ ను మీ కంప్యూటర్లోని C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Plug-ins లోకి కాపీ చేయండి.

3. ఇపుడు ఫోటోషాప్ లో ఏదైనా ఇమేజిని ఓపెన్ చేసి File >> Save As... ను క్లిక్ చేయండి. క్రింది విధంగా Format డ్రాప్ డౌన్ మెనూలో కొత్తగా యాడ్ అయిన ICO (Windows Icon) (*.ICO) ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసి ఐకాన్ గా సేవ్ చేయండి.
